Southwest Got Grounded

After a hole in a plane’s fuselage landed a plane, Southwest is taking extra precautions to ensure it doesn’t happen again in any of their other planes. A couple of things came out of this issue. First, it appeared that all employees on the flight had appropriate training to deal with the emergency at hand, hopefully all of their employees are trained similarly. Second, what kind of communication is Southwest implementing for its employees about the grounded planes and the affect on their jobs.
