GFS Opens Two Bulk Food Stores in Chicago Area

GFS is in the food service industry selling food in bulk to customers with and without membership fees. Two are opening in the Chicago area. The Schaumburg store will employ 35 people and will carry national brands and private label items in large containers.
GFS is family owned and operates 140 stores throughout the Midwest and Florida. Target, Walgreens and Walmart are racing to improve their food offerings in Chicago. Costco and Sams club only operate one store within the city limits and Walmart has none.
