Customer Complaints

Slate released a couple of different ways to look at customer service skills and the different ways people may complain about things.

I just thought it was interesting that the publication is encouraging people to send in complaint letters to different companies and will pick a winner who complained the best. They even gave them tips on how to complain effectively.
