Groupon Users Demand Their Money Back

Groupon offered 20$ off 40$ worth of flowers and gifts from FTD. Around 3,300 people bought this coupon and are calling it a scam. The FTD groupon site (FTD.com/groupon) was pricing floral arrangements for valentines day at prices that were 10-20 dollars cheeper than on their real website. When customers went to purchase the flowers the prices were more expensive than they saw on the groupon site and they ended up not saving any money at all.

The customers then found out their flowers were going to be delivered Feb. 15th, the day after Valentines day. Groupon has created a private customer service line just for the FTD confusion and is refunding all orders. They are sorry for the confusion the coupon caused and they cancelled the deal a day early.
