How Google has managed to become fully committed to employee engagement in order to keep employees happy especially in the times of facebook and twitter.

Google has ranked 4th place in “Fortunes 100 best Companies to work for.”  Especially now in the booming times of Facebook and Twitter, Google is stepping up their employee engagement tactics to keep workers happy.  Attached is the link to the article that describes some of the ways Google is catering to employees.
