Richard Branson on Managing Change

One of the biggest entrepreneurial moguls, Richard Branson, shares his tips on how to manage a change in a company. He is a believer that smaller is better, so when Virgin Media was launched as a 1000+ employee company, he looked to “to inspire all employees to think like entrepreneurs.” Branson tries to infect each employee with the same vigor he has, in order to keep his company moving forward to bigger and better things.
