Corporal punishment still allowed in Indiana…so was this Principal in the wrong?

**VIDEO**

While the way the principal handled the boy in the video doesn’t seem that bad, the issue is that some parents firmly believe in NO physical punishment whatsoever, even a little grab to get the child’s attention. It is said that the principal also grabbed the boy by the sweatshirt and lifted him out of the seat, slapped his leg, and even poked him in the forehead. The boy also told his mother that the principal “does it all the time, but it’s okay, because she’s the principal.”

The principal has been cleared of any wrongdoing, but I wonder if this is an issue for other schools out there?
