According to a website Glassdoor.com, where employees will have a chance to submit details of their salary and working conditions. Facebook is offering a much better package for their employees. That’s why Google recently leaked that every employee was getting a 10% pay raise and $1,000 as a bonus. Not only that, Google also offered one senior engineer $3.5 million in stock bonuses to stay at the company as well. Google’s average salary for a software engineer is $98,800, which Facebook offers a significant difference and enough to tempt anyone with $110,500. Plus, after Facebook add in bonuses and other things, their employees has even more. It’s not just about pay, however, if employee are not happy where they work then a nice big salary won’t be enough to make them want to stay. There are few lists of charts which companies receiving ratings from employees about their satisfaction of work and salary.Facebook beats Google on salary and employee satisfaction from the rating.
